Young Ridah or just Ridah & Rich Rico are Phoenix, Arizona artists who made their way into the Southwest hip hop scene in between 2009 & 2010. Ridah and Rich Rico are part of the Border Gang movement which was originated by Rich Rico. "Border Gang, Border State, Border Music" is the slogan of the conglomerate of talented artist known as Border Gang. The idea to bring originality to the Arizona music scene. Border Gang is introducing Border Music to the world like Chopped and Screwed, Trap Music, and Hyphy music did. Young Ridah or Ridah gained popularity in 2011 off of his first single called ''Street Life'', which was off of his 2nd mixtape called ''A-State Heavyweight'', which was released in early 2012. The project features popular rappers such as Hussein Fatal of the legendary group 2pac & The Outlawz and WC/DUB-C of Westside Connection. Ridah recently released his first EP titled "Authenticated" and was released on October 11, 2013. The album is available on I-Tunes or wherever you stream music online. Rich Rico gained popularity off of his first street single called "40 On My Lap", which took the city by storm and introduced him to the Arizona Hip Hop scene. Rich Rico released his first album in 2011 called "Border Music" an album in which he introduces exactly what Border Music is to the world.
