Written since the release of her last album, Lauren wanted to do something more intimate with her music. With the addition of a violinist, Lauren has created one of the most personal albums she has recorded to date. Featuring violin, acoustic guitar and bass, Lauren touches on heart ache and loved lost. Songs like "You and Me" feature a great Irish fiddle sound while the touching song "Time "makes you realize that it only takes take to stop the rain. Fans of Lauren's rock/americana core will be happy with "Love's Suicide" and "If You Were Mine" which feature more of Lauren's signature rock style vocals.
