Adalberto Santiago's foray into the romantic salsa scene falls short as opposed to his greater (and more challenging) 1970s salsa efforts. His voice shows all of the command, sound, and resources that made Santiago a great salsa property, but it only compensates for the programmatic material that this effort includes. "Alma de Seductor," "Por Que Tengo Ganas," and "Debil" are real pluses.
