"Regret" gives the listener a peek into the heart of a relationship that held promise, but asked too much change on both sides, eventually collapsing. "Until I Know" lays bare the nerve of uncertainty, working toward figuring it all out. "Wasted" is what it feels like when you just want to give up, but something keeps driving you forward through the density.
