简介
"OUTLAW COWBOY" IS JUST THE RIGHT CD FOR THOSE OF YOU THAT LIKE TO DANCE TO "REAL" COUNTRY MUSIC !! "OUTLAW COWBOY" is a rockabilly type tune with it's own line dance, or you can do other dances to it (cowboy boogie, 38 step, sweetheart schottische). Its original dance can be printed from www.ronwayneatwood.com ."Outlaw Cowboy" hit #1 on the Indie Country Radio chart on Sept 15th 2000 "A LITTLE PIECE AT A TIME" is a ballad that also has its own line dance. This song was originally recorded by the late Bill Haley (and the Comets) in 1971 when I worked with him playing Rhythm guitar. So here is my rendition of what I think is one of the most beautiful love songs in country music. "ONE FOR THE ROAD"(and one for the rodeo) is a great 2-step and simply a fun song that compares the lives of a Rodeo Rider and a Country Guitar Player and all the things they share. "ROY,THE DUKE AND DAD". This tune might appeal to those of you who once dreamed of riding across the Great Plains, or as a child imagined themselves on the silver screen along side of his or her favorite cowboy star. I wrote this song as a tribute to three men that I have admired all of my life. Roy Rogers, John Wayne and my dad, Bud Atwood. Instead of going on about each song, I would just like to say that I believe that each recording will stand on its own merit and they all contibute equally to this collection. The musicians on these tracks are some of the finest in the industry. Joe Allen who has written many songs for the Great Gene Watson and has had songs recorded by Ray Price, Glen Campbell and others has written several for this album and also played Bass Guitar and Produced the project.. There are some teriffic Fiddle tracks by the world renowned Buddy Spicher, with Stu Basore on Steel, Charles Cochran on Piano, Gene Chrisman on Drums and Carlton Moody(Moody Bros.) on Guitar. Harmony vocals were sung by the multitalented John Wesley Ryles (Has done harmony with Brooks & Dunn, Mark Wills, Ken Mellons & many other top artists of today.) Please give this one a try. I don't think you will regret it !!!
