"Medicine" was created in New Jersey, Tennessee, and Massachusetts. New Jersey, Jack's home state, provided "Greatest Goodbye" and "Like That Again" with the help of Ron Haney and Zeke MacUmber. An affiliate of Alicia Keys', Ron provided rhythmically-solid pop music for the album. "Last Time", and the International Acoustic Music Awards 'best country song' winner "Hooked on Me", were byproducts of living in Nashville. The two songs were written with Brian Maher and produced by Pavel Dovgalyuk. The last song "Medicine" was created in Boston, MA, where Jack is currently studying at Berklee College of Music.
