Swiss singer Nathalie Maerten and pianist Claude Diallo have known each other since 2001 and performed on many stages. Finally they managed to get together to present their first musical collaboration on CD. Recorded at the renowned Balik Farm Studios in Switzerland in August 2013, the CD presents a variety of styles in the Jazz genre from Herbie Hancock, Ray Charles to Tom Harrell and Randy Newman.

Nathalie Maerten manages to sing through the 10 tracks without loosing her integrity and keeping the listener on the tip of his toes by being able to adapt a certain mood to each particular song. Her soulful voice and her amazing phrasing are comped by the virtuoso piano playing of Claude Diallo, who accompanied singers such as Jennifer Holliday, Denzal Sinclaire, Beat Kästli and American Idol Semi-Finalist Jennifer Hirsch.
