Formed in Tallahassee in 2001 and based in Chicago since 2002, Grinner has long been known in and around the Midwest and East Coast as a formidable live act. With the release of The Trap in 2006, Grinner has captured the power and energy of the show and combined it with the best of analog studio atmospherics to create a bombastic record of sheer post-punk power and spaced out beauty.
