简介
I was born in Houston , TX , Third Coast raised, from H-Town to New Orleans and lastly Atlanta . Been a music head every since I could remember. Before I could even put sentences together, my mother says I was an entertainer. Growing up listening to all types of music; R&B, Soul, Blues, Hip-Hop, Jazz, Rock, and Hardcore Rap. I love music, all types, as long as it’s good, I’ll buy it, no discrimination. I did my first rap on a Home Alone Talk boy, no pen and pad at the age of nine. Nothing to serious, but always knew it was in me. At that age I was jamming tapes; Mystical, 2 Pac, Biggie, UGK, and Da Brat. Started to hone my skills at thirteen, when I meet Dre Skeez. Back then I went by PlayboyFyah and he went by Peppaboy. We formed FMB (Forever My Brothers) and started making mixtapes, on actual cassette tapes. We would jack a beat, remix it and put the vocals down. At fifteen I met Sean T, he was a sick New Jersey rapper; at the time he went by Shocking Sean. We put him in FMB and we all started recording together on the same tracks, now we were on CD’s. By this time I had change my name to Young J.A.Y, and really started to come into my unique style. My favorite thing to do was battle, and every time I did, I would destroy my opponent. So at my school (South Cobb High) I was known as the freestyle king, I never wrote any of my freestyles or memorized them, all of them were off the top of the dome. The next year I turned sixteen, everyone at Dre’s and Sean’s school ( Osborne High School ) wanted to diss us; by this time I had changed my name to J Gutta and created the Drill Team. That is when Sean T. put Ant aka Streetz down, I released "Killin Season", when I meet B-Dead, now DasH. He saw my potential and I recognized his skill, and the rest is history in the making. Later came "The Grind Outline" LP, "The Red Alert Mixtape", "Welcome 2 tha B-Side" LP, and now "The Investment Mixtape". I then changed my name, J Gutta to A Psycs and "Highly Anticipated" LP coming soon…
