Foul Play In the beginning months of 1999 Foul Play was Sam Aidun doing solo acoustic performances at small underground venues in Columbus Ohio. After discovering his natural abilities as a performer and entertainer, Sam started to gain popularity in Columbus music scene for his unforgettable show. Later that year Sam connected with sought after session guitar player and producer Bill Learned (Alex Dixon – grandson of Willie Dixon w/ Cash McCall in the Blues Experience). The musical chemistry between the two was an instant success. After performing locally as a duo the band found their rhythm section and quickly took the city by storm. With a newly added rhythm section, Foul Play was able to find their way into several rock venues and performance spaces throughout the Midwestern Unites States and Canada. In 2002, Sam Aidun and Bill Learned realized the act was hot and moved to Los Angeles California. After several small tours up and down the west coast, and several line up changes, in Oct. 0f 2007 Foul Play went into the studio. With their debut CD, Musiculous, Foul Play has made themselves into some of the most sought after entertainers in the Los Angeles music scene. Transcending the duties of musicians playing songs on the record, Foul Play regards themselves as the best entertainers of 2008.
