The Girl. At only 16 years old, Brittany has broken away from the pack and created her own distinctive sound. Brittany's ability to hit the lowest of lows and gradually roll them up to achieve bone-chilling highs has drawn comparisons to Christina Aguilera, and the accompanying edginess in her sound has garnered comparisons to Pink. But by writing all of her own music, arising from personal experiences, Brittany has produced a clear-cut sound that can only be described as her own. Brittany's debut album features her original music ranging from upbeat dance to reflective ballad. Her gripping vocals and the remarkable depth of her lyrics are present throughout the album. She already began to show her creative talent putting on local shows in the back yard with her special “guest” the family’s Golden Retriever. Besides her creative costumes and unique performances, she found her passion… It wasn’t long after she joined acting classes at JRP and traveled to her first IMTA contest in New York, were she placed for Drama, Monologue, Commercial Photo and Commercials ages 10 and under. Though she enjoys her school drama classes she soon turned towards Choir, winning competitions at Disneyland and Knott Berry Farm Music in the park. Brittany wanted to expand her music from choir and began voice classes locally with Singers by Shyla, who she has been with now for the last 4 years. In the 4 years Brittany has performed at the Del Mar Fair, Sea World San Die go, Celebrity Cruise Lines, San Diego Marine Core, BB Kings– Universal Studios, Avalon Theater Hollywood, Disneyland and New York Music Festival in Las Vegas when she met Maurice Angular from Sonobe Records who introduced her to Adeka Stupart, a Producer from Universal Records New York where she went and recorded part of her first album. She also recorded 2 of the songs here locally with Fuzzy of Moon Cook productions Brittany is a singer/songwriter and has written all of the songs on her album. She is currently attending the Hollywood Pop Academy and has begun working on her new album.
