Toni Carroll, born in St. Louis, Missouri, came from a musical family of Italian heritage. After moving to New York City her career encompassed stage and TV acting, including an appearance on the Johnny Carson Show and becoming a Copa Girl and Latin Quarter Singer. Conceived of by Toni, this CD uses voice with cellos designed to soothe and nourish body and soul with music. Featuring cellists: Kermit Moore, Charles McCracken, Jesse Levy, George Ricci, Maurice Dawn, Edgardo Sodero, Seymour Barab, and Lucien A. Schmit.
