Just in time for the start of summer comes the latest FTC release. This time Mihell & Pinkfinger are back with a couple of massive track set to receive lots of love over the long summer months. First up is a cheeky little number called "Funkin' Pervert". Less techy than previous tracks, "Funkin' Pervert" instead goes for an insanely addictive groove which is guaranteed to bring out the funk in everybody listening. From the opening bars with the pumping filtered sample this will get heads nodding and asses shaking but the true magic begins when the bassline drops and we defy anybody to not move to this one. Building through the track with more filtered drops we get to the main break with it's unique narrative. If this vocal doesn't bring a smile to your face then we don't know what will! Cheeky, chunky and stupidly funky! Backing that up is "I Am Ready" which is are-working of one of the guys favourite tracks from "back in the day". This time the guys give their interpretation of the classic 1995 track "I Am Ready" by Size 9 (a.k.a Josh Wink). The trademark Mihell & Pinkfinger sound is present from the very beginning and the solid techy groove instantly takes hold and plants feet firmly on the dancefloor. There are a few hints at what is to come but when the main breakdown hits that's when the penny will drop for most.
