Raging Beast is how the Fort McMurray wildfire has been described - an entity well deserving of such a nickname.  As a tribute to those brave men and women who stayed behind to fight the beast while the rest of the population was forced to leave under a mandatory evacuation order and a very real threat to their safety. A note of empathy for those who fled amidst a raging inferno which was already upon them, the uncertainty of whether or not they would be able to get safely past the flames, or if what they were leaving behind would still be there to return to.  Some lost everything as entire neighborhoods were consumed by the beast. Our hearts go out to all of you and so does our song... This song is for you!
