The Slaughter Slits is a project with collaborating members ranging from black metal, noise, psychedelia and pop to plain drug addicts and journalists. It was formed in Trondheim, Norway in 1998 and aimed to "attack" the hippie-mentality of the alternative/noise scene. The result was a dark, non-love experience with drugs, hate and despair as vital ingredients.
