"Tracey Was Here" was created in an organic fashion. Going in, we really didn't have anything in mind, except to do what sounded good to us. Once the idea of writing mini epics came about, we ran with it. In turn, we developed a unique atmosphere for each song and attempted to bring each story full circle. Though we didn't have many resources for the creative process, perhaps spending so much time recording in a small bedroom yielded our carefully thought out sound.
