Bishop Parlay Johnson is also known as Rob C A1P. He's Robert Collins Jr. of Authority One Productions situated in Dallas, Texas. He met DTR - Down To Rock in the 80s in South Dallas where they grew up and helped pioneer the movement of the city's music and culture. Refusing to be unsung, marginalized or forgotten, they consistently gie great product.
