David Schumann is an artist and musician, self-taught, who was born on the East Coast and settled in New Mexico, where he's lived for 35 years with his wife Tina.

Schumann's music is lyric driven, his main musical influences are Bob Dylan, David Byrne, Mark Knopfler, Robert Hunter and Jerry Garcia.
