The 18-year-old singer, songwriter and musician Leslie Mosier has put out another great collection of pop songs full of life and energy. Not wanting to mess with a winning formula, Leslie is backed up on this album by the same great musicians as on her 2010 debut EP, "Single Moment,"--Dave Melillo, Jeff Czum on guitar and Mikey Lasaponara on drums; all from 'Nocturnal Me' and 'Cute Is What We Aim For'--and produced again by the brilliant Mike Brylinski (`Goo Goo Dolls', `Cute is What We Aim For', etc.). The songs on this album range from spirited pop-rockers like the title track and "What Became of Me," to introspective but powerful pieces like "Finally Found" and "Free to Be", to a surprisingly positive and empowering breakup song, "Me, Myself, Goodbye." Leslie wrote and recorded her dozen new songs (two co-written with Dave Melillo) prior to heading off to college in Nashville, Tennessee, to begin her freshman year studying music business. There at school--in between her classes, homework, and training for a half-marathon--she has also found time to perform and video some cover songs, which can be viewed on her self-titled website.
