'Sublime - a journey within' - is a humble endeavor to compose a musical journey to help evoke Shatchakra. All seven compositions are very articulately composed, encompassing all the criteria like raga, scale, instrument, element, guna and bij mantra as specified by ancient scriptures; having an Indian flavor and are spiced for world listeners and blissful experience for spiritual seekers. We all are connected by universal cosmic energy. The whole universe exists and floats in cosmic energy – THE PRANA. We draw Prana from the food we eat, the liquids we drink and through the air we breathe. The drawn Prana goes to various chakras. Though chakras have no physical existence they belong to subtle body and have an astral existence. This Prana nourishes the chakras, by travelling through Naadi’s – paths or conductors of life force. KUNDALINI sleeps in base chakra-Muladhara Chakra and when evoked travels upwards through other chakras and through Sahastrar chakra meets the cosmic energy. The chakra regulates organs which has involuntary functions. As per the Naadyoga ragas are designed to help activate specific chakras, which allow the Kundalini to rise easily, energize and nourish the chakra. The specific raga along with specific scale,instrument,element,guna, bij mantra influences the chakra to maintain its optimum spin and balance, ensuring a balanced energy supply to different organs that are connected to the specific chakra.
