Serenade Duo presents this new album of South American music for flute and guitar. Michelle LaPorte and Gerry Saulter have a great affinity for this music, and it clearly shows in these wonderful performances. The multi-award winning ensemble Serenade Duo featuring flutist Michelle LaPorte and guitarist Gerry Saulter bring concert music of the world to life with their warm presence and engaging interpretations of diverse repertoire. Through innovative thematic programming their vision is to make music accessible and enjoyable for audiences of all ages across the globe. In recognition of this ideal, the Duo was honored with a Suffolk County Certificate of Appreciation for Diverse Community Programs. As five time Chamber Music Award Recipients from Artists International, Serenade Duo has performed numerous sold out performances at Carnegie’s Weill Recital Hall and Merkin Concert Hall in New York City. The Duo is an ensemble member of Chamber Music America and the Delian Music Society.
