The next release from Revolucion Records sees a welcome return to the fold for Mexican based Dj and producer Xavi P, continuing his fine reputation for making quality underground house music the superb original is joined by remixes from fellow Mexican producer Ricardo Medina, label artist Adrian Baiceanu in his Zulu Nations guise and one of Leeds finest Dj/Producers Rob Small making his Revolucion debut. With 2 releases already under his belt already on Revolucion during the last 6 months this talented young man has seen his stock rise with his music also appearing on labels such as Modifi Music, Greeencote, Four Peas and his forthcoming release on the highly repected Canadian based imprint Monique Musique. With future collaborations in the pipeline with the likes of Mateo Murphy & Jerome Robins, Daniel Frontado, Ricky Syfer and Enrique Gongora as well as working on much more of his own original work its certainly going to be an excellent future for this up and coming star. Starting things off the "Original Mix" will certainly work on both the deeper dancefloors and those with a broader appeal with its tuff throbbing, stripped down jackin house beats and subtle vocal stabs bringing Xavi's production skills to the forefront. Up next the "Ricardo Medina Remix" takes things up a notch with its rolling beats, clever use of the vocal and drums galore, perfectly showcasing the sounds of the thriving Mexican house scene. Finishing things off "Rob Small's 3am Remix" strips things right back for a minimal tech house monster, one thats aimed directly at the underground where deep moody baselines combine perfectly with its pure intoxicating vibe, ideal for the early hours.
