简介
What do Tony and two-time Grammy Award winner Jennifer Holiday, Grammy Award winner Gloria Gaynor, R&B star Bobby V, and Pop Phenom Justin Bieber all have in common? They’ve been fortunate to have soulful songstress Latrese Bush as a background vocalist. Her melodic vocal range has supported these and many other musical greats. Latrese fuses her high energy with brilliant vocal ability in each song and performance – crafting memorable musical experiences for her audience. When she’s not traveling the world with Gloria Gaynor performing the iconic hit “I Will Survive”, Latrese can always be found singing at various venues, songwriting and making music. She is a featured vocalist on Jazz pianist Bob Baldwin’s latest release “Twenty”. She is a featured vocalist and songwriter trumpeter Joey Sommerville’s jazz album “Ride To This” and his newest releases “Like You Mean It” and “The Get Down Club”. Latrese can also be heard singing alongside Larry Dodson on the new single called “Up and Down” from legendary funk group The Bar-Kays. Hailing from Bluffton, SC, a small coastal town nestled between the beautiful Sea Islands of South Carolina and Georgia, Latrese projects the mix of cultural, soulful, and rhythmic sounds she heard as a little girl with dreams of making her own music for audiences all around the world. Latrese will continue to blaze her path to success, as she releases her new debut EP “The Best”, with the goal of realizing all the hopes and dreams of that little girl from Bluffton. That’s what powerhouse vocalists do!
