"LET'S DO IT"is a collection of songs that i've written over the years. i finally found the time and the right producer to record this album. Since i've spent most of my career singing on stages,or clubs, i never found the right situation to record the way i wanted to. I can't describe how much fun it was working with Randy Hall ( the guy plays everything ) Rochon Westmoreland, former bassist with my band "The Checkmates" in Las Vegas adds his very definitive groove to the tracks. Brandon Fields excellent flute work on "WAIT ON ME BABY". King Errisson, "percussionist supreme"my good friend played congas on several tracks. Don Hill, 90 plus years old and still plays like the hall of famer that he is..... "LET'S DO IT" is old school flavored r&b but the sound and feeling is today.....
