Top Shelf is from Phoenix, Arizona and comprised of two bartenders (Lip and D) and one artistic genius (Swell). This album is 12 tracks of true underground hip-hop with all the beats made and produced by Swell. We are three white boys just workin' normal jobs and trying to make our mark on this industry. Hip-Hop isn;t quite what it used to be and we are taking it back to its roots!
