Arsenio De La Rosa is best known internationally for his amazing skills on the diatonic two row accordion. Playing everything from Dominican style merengue tipico to ballads and bolero to jazz and everything in between. He is best known for playing in the mid 90's with the internationally acclaimed group FULANITO.
