Writing from another hotel. Living out of a suitcase is pretty much a Luieland specialty. I split my time between SFbay and LA and haven't put away my toiletries bag in 2 years. In order to track certain things while mobile, I got this cute little Launchkey Mini (us.novationmusic.com/keys/launchkey-mini# ) & started trying out Ableton. I very love it! Couldn't bring myself to change the vibe of the songs too much, they're just so fantastic as they are. Particularly - that weird dance breakdown drum part in All For You (music video only) that i had to keep. I watched the music videos probably 700 times each, and can't get over how flirtation and sweetness of 80s 90s videos are a lost art compared to today's default raunchiness meter. In any case, hope you like it and wiggle your bum a bit.
