hi, this is my tenth fingerstyle CD and along the way I have usually included a Steely Dan song on my original CDs because I've always been crazy about the Dan. For this CD, I wanted to have all the Steely Dan songs I've recorded, plus a few more, so they could all be together on one disc. It was a challenge trying to capture a song like AJA on 6 strings but I hope you'll find I made a decent effort. Josie was recorded live in concert with my good friend and most excellent guitar player, Mike Miller from LA. This CD was partially funded through Kickstarter and I want to thank all those who contributed who made this possible. The licensing fees were rather "hefty" and I wouldn't have been able to cover them without the support of my friends and new converts who helped me reach my Kickstarter fundraising goal in THREE days!
