This is my solo debut album. I have been writing lyrics for years, but this was my first full-blown studio experience. The album as a whole ranges in mood and style from song to song, categorized in "chapters". The opening chapter contains a lot of angry and spiteful emotions, and it is a very dark section of the album. Chapter 2 is a collection of "party" songs, with a more "let loose and get messed up" attitude. Chapter 3 is the emotional section of the album where I let off steam on a lot of heartfelt topics and emotions that I have had bottled up for quite some time. My life is an emotional rollercoaster, so I wanted my first album to project that. I am a lyricist, I take a lot of pride in my words. The album being called, "Deathbed" is in reference to something that my dad had mentioned about how people don't truly listen to you like they do when you're on your deathbed, and so I wanted my debut album to be projected in such a manner. The plan is to have my future albums follow a theme from Deathbed, to Life+Support, to the Burial if all goes according to plan.
