"Out of Darkness" is about me and how I was once in darkness until Jesus Saved me. However, not in such a direct language. This is because the Love of God is for all. The mood I have portrayed is that of the 60's & 70's style, which today may be considered as Country or Country Rock of the Mellow Kind. This song's mood reminds me of travelling on the highway when I was a young boy with the radio playing smooth & calming music for the road.
