The theme in Mystic Voyage overcame Buddy Sativa for days on end, but his imaginary version, in true swing style, featured a big band with bright brass and a heavy rhythm section. Here's the result, a rich true jazz tribute that he hopes the Master will enjoy - Gilles Peterson certainly does, having featured the track on his Worldwide show on Radio BBC1 in February.
