'Major Source' is a musical project by Shahar Ben-Meir AKA Yoake & Eliran Harush AKA Octagon. Both of them were born in 1985 and raised in Israel, Holon. At the age of 14 they discovered through their big brothers the Trance\Electronic world, that gave them a place of peace and creativity from that point on. It didn't take too long for them to start making ruff trance beats with 'Fruity Loops' while poorly equipped at their parents home. After several years they accomplished their own sound and style, while being inspired by the great psy-trance and trance names. This 'Major Source' project combines two worlds: Octagon's world-that is more melody psy-trance with ruff percussion feeling & Yoake's world-that is more progressive-trance lower BPM style.
