Reddit’s Rising YouTube harp-ukulele player and jazz singer GRACIE TERZIAN has announced a MAY 5 iTunes release date for her long-awaited Debut EP “SAINTS AND POETS “What is the harp-ukulele?!” Thousands of YouTubers and Redditors have been captivated by Gracie’s unique instrument and magical voice. “It’s beautifully simple – just a tenor ukulele with four bass harp strings. The bass strings add depth to the lighter ukulele sound and give the instrument richness and color.” – says Gracie Terzian in an interview. Popular videos of her songs have garnered almost 100k views on her YouTube channel, including ”Love Rest” an expanded version of which is included on this album. This bewitching requiem for love, filmed in her book-lined bedroom, is sung by Gracie as she accompanies herself on the harp-ukulele. “How to weigh a soul, swimming upstream/Are there angels listening?/ What am I to do? I’m still in love with you.” The album includes six tracks of Gracie’s original jazz tunes: (Saints and Poets, Love Rest, Sleepwalker, Wait Silently, Iris, Exit Strategy) “Cool, acoustic elegance infused with hip coffee-house vibes” The title track “Saints and Poets” refers to a line from Thornton Wilder’s Our Town “Does anyone ever realize life while they live it… every minute?
