This Brooklyn based singer/songwriter has toured with and fronted several different types of bands from Prog-rock acts and jam bands to Pink Floyd inspired psychedelia acts. However, when left to his own devices his Southern roots and strong pop sensibilities shine right through. A storyteller with a penchant for big hooks, Todd Baker released his first solo record under the name Featherweight in 2010. After realizing that he know longer wanted to hide behind a band or a project name any longer, he released three singles (When I Die, Reputation and Our Town) in 2013. That effort inspired Todd to finish what he says is "truly my first full length record... not because I haven't written plenty of music over the years but because this is the first album I am putting my name on. There's no place to hide with this one." He and his band toured throughout the summer and early fall of 2014 in anticipation of this new full length release.
