Asundrance is unusually hard to define within generic musical measurements and standards. Generally considered eclectic avant-garde while being passionate and true to the music from the soul, Asundrance can be scathing, wild, mesmerizing, and doom drone-esc. The main genetics within this outlet of Zexx Fable, would be considered within the bounds of Electronica and IDM. Harshness with finesse, along with colorful droning soundscapes, Asundrance stays away from mainstream ideas and standards within each piece of music. Listeners are kept on edge using unconventional rendering of the musical pieces into deep aural tides and currents that pull at you. Zexx Rall Fable, the composer of Asundrance, shoves you into some uncomfortable spaces with some compositions, while others keep you in a seemingly endless dream-like state. This music is akin to a few artists who break the mold of standardized sounds, rhythms, and structure. These artists include Aphex Twin, Autechre, Radix Prime, and SquarePusher, within electronica. Meanwhile, the music is fundamentally similar to genres such as Fusion Jazz, Free Jazz, Math and Tech Metal, as well as composers of the Baroque period.

Asundrance is essentially the solo project and outlet of Zexx Rall Fable. Currently Assundrance occasionaly features other artists including Banmier and Willij. Zexx Fable is a producer, sound engineer, artistic director, artist, and musician of the Asheville, North Carolina area in the United States of America.
