It’s all here in Yoga - The Musical Yoga: the Musical (written by Margot Milcetich) —A romantic comedy that evolves into a kirtan— We have a Hot Yoga Studio and a Slo-go Yoga Studio across the street from one another, and two couples who are destined to meet. With a cast of 20, the action begins with comic problems and disturbances, moves through a sincere phase and then comes to a sublime kirtan. Kirtan includes dance that acts as a harmonizing force, opening the characters to new beginnings. Distinguishing features of the musical include the virtuoso tabla by Joe Culley, classical and steel-string guitar played by Mike Curtis, yoga choreography and body humor, and Sufi, Katak, and Bollywood dancing.
