This track was dedicated to my mother. She went through a rough childhood and moved to California while she was a teenager. This song embodies the wish to be free from vices and responsibilities, and to live as a human, one day at a time. I wanted to make something with a positive energy that could represent the start of something new, and a departure from a darker past.
