New Religion can take you wherever you want to go, its versatile in the sense that its packed with different emotions throughout the entire mixtape. Songs like "Vent" briefs the listener on Shawn's troubles while growing in a dysfunctional home, and in some parts of the song will make it feel like it's a private confession where you and him could only feel whats being described. There's also songs like "We Are" that will paint the concept that there couldn't be a better day than today to embrace, that the day needs to celebrated.
