The PunkaBilly outfit, the GODLESS WICKED CREEPS from Aarhus, Denmark are back on the road to promote their fourth and brand NEW record release: SMILE! Containing 14 rocking psycho-punk-rock'n'roll tracks G.W.C. recorded "SMILE!" at the Jailhouse Studios, in Horsens, DK. The album was produced by the legendary "scary" Tommy Hansen who produced the german thrash metal heroes Helloween... needless to say "SMILE!" is NOT sounding like Helloween!!! The album release will be followed by both an European and a U.S. tour in the Winter of 2001. GODLESS WICKED CREEPS are pure TNT live as well as on records. With their very unique sound of PUNKABILLY and wild live performance GWC have build up a reputation of being one of the most original bands on the Billy scene in Europe as well as in the U.S. What is punkabilly? - GWC got deep roots in rockabilly and punkrock, these two raw and energetic forms together with country, surf and blues played hard and tight by a standing drummer, slappin' doublebass played at the speed of sound, howlin' hell guitar and a singer who means it...
