Late in the spring of 2006 Greystone Park Psychiatric Hospital left one of their doors unlocked and 4 mental patients wandered into the outside world. Having been institutionalized for so many years, the only jobs these 4 guys were capable of holding were as CEO's of major corporations. After a month of drawing enormous salaries, exploiting cheap foreign labor, and voting Republican, however, the fellas became bored and resigned. With time on their hands and a tainted perspective on reality, they formed a band and called themselves Los Huevos, (which is Spanish for "eggs" or "testicals"). The first song they wrote, "Floating In The Sink", is about a fly who bites off more than he can chew. After spending all day eating manure, the fly decides to land on a "luscious chunk" of vomit floating in a sink, with disastrous consequences. "El Bano" is the story of a chubby little man, Senor Apestoso, who makes a daily pilgrimage to a local eatery in order to disgorge the contents of his lower intestine. Owing to his leaving the restroom smelling like a turtle pond, the proprietor of the restaurant is eventually compelled to resort to subterfuge in order to deter Senor Apestoso from using the facilities. "Up, Down, Over & Screw" is a song about calling in sick to work so you can stay home and have sex all day. Be sure to check out all the songs on the Los Huevos debut EP "Keeping Up With The Times".
