This is a gapless album intended to accompany a yoga practice. It is set a steady 60 beats per minute to assist in mastering the ujjāyiī prāṇāyāma technique. It is also an effort to help raise awareness and support for www.odanadi.org to help end human trafficking once and for all. Our rough translation of Lokāḥ Samastāḥ Sukhino Bhavantu is, "May all beings everywhere be happy and free and may I find a way to help make it so!"
