Music inspired by growing up in Northern Ontario Growing up in the North had a profound influence on my life. It infused my creative life with a special something that i didn't really appreciate until I had been living in the big city somewhere south for many years. Maybe it was being so close to the forest,the water and the rocks … maybe it was looking at the hills north of my school yard and thinking there was not another road or person between me and the north pole. I am sure that being close to Lake Superior had much to do with it.
