Human Contact is the latest collection from the prolific Harve Mann. Most of the songs deal with how modern technology has created an environment where many people spend more time communicating online or on their phones rather than with real Iive people. All words and music are written, sung, played and arranged by Harve with the exception of the perfect wedding song All In You with lyrics co-written by Denise Ronayne. Harve's superb lead guitar work is showcased on several cuts including a wild version of his classic The Mad Rocker. For fans of Harve's unplugged work, eight of the eighteen songs feature solo piano/vocal performances. Mann's unique sense of humor is evident on Harve's Technical Love Support Service and others His spiritual side is present on others including a wonderful new live version of Where A Saint May Hide and for the first time online, Band of Angels originally recorded by Harve and Charee. Harve's voice sounds better than ever on this album and his social commentary and insights will give you much to think about. I love this Mann's talent and I'm honored to be writing this review of the newest release by this truly one of a kind artist.
