I have been in the music field all my life. During the time from 1982 until late 1985, I ran a high fidelity store in Elizabethtown, KY. This gave me vast exposure to what true audio and stereo should sound like. I even wrote a small paper for college about the history of audio equipment from the time of Thomas Edison to the late Logan Walsh. Of course I was playing in bands since the 70's. Not only am I an engineer with a Masters in Information Technology, soon to be PhD maybe, but I am also a producer in my own right. All of the songs on this CD were played by me such as guitar, vocals and bass. The rest, drums, effects and so forth, were done with Pro Tools using A.I.R technology. An explanation of A.I.R. can be found at www.digidesign.com. Let the computer do the work, and you save the money. In late 2005 I injured my cervical spine and then developed Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. I had not played much since the early 90's and I remember an old saying, "If you don't use a gift, it will be taken away."

That got me thinking about how much I like playing and what life would be like if I could not play. The spine injury and the carpal tunnel have disabled me, but a friend told me about loops and music being made on the computer. I gave it a try and was pleased that I could still make music. All I have to do is record a loop, and let Pro Tools do the rest. I wish to offer this music to the public as a gift. The songs listed here were written and produced by me using A.I.R technology. I did play bass, guitar, organ, and vocals on all songs, and noticed it helps my arm and wrist. If just one song made someone happy, I would be very pleased.
