“You can't teach an old dog new tricks” is a way to express how habits gained during the years can turn into a barrier when facing new experiences and new ideas.

On the opposite, we asked ourselves how much what has been done in the past influences our projects and actions. This consideration laid the foundations for our musical style and the songs of this album. Without any presumption of being some kind of avantgarde, but facing the world in its actual reality, concerning musical aspects as social ones as well, we put together our interpretation of today and some purposes for the future. “Old tricks for young dogs” turns out to be our voice in communicating with the past, without falling in mannerism or conservatism, while immersed in the present and launched towards the future.
