Erik Rurik Satie is a composer living in the eclectic state of Colorado . Erik expresses " I have always wanted an instrument that has the Clarity, Depth and Width of a 9' piano combined with the Expressiveness and Sensitivity of a guitar. I finally had to build it . I call it the "Pianotar " . It is played upright with a keyboard in the right hand , an accordion looking bass in the left , a continously variable neck and a breath controller. A beast to control but I love it." I finally felt connected to what electrons have brought into this Century. I hope you enjoy Phases as much as I have creating it. Erik Rurik Satie
