Singaporean producer/songwriter Yanto Sani follows up on his big win on Projek Lagu with the release of his new single, "Senyum Walau Kecewa" on the 13th of May 2022 which features a promising new talent, Eliza Cuarez. The song is an upbeat anthem that reminds us to keep our heads up even if we're going through tough times through the context of heartbreak. Yanto penned the lyrics down after observing people around him in situations where love just doesn't work out.

This track is a pop-punk-inspired bop with elements of hip-hop and electronic production. The track was crafted by long-time collaborator, producer, and head of Allure Records, Prodbydan. His versatility in music production along with Yanto's exceptional songwriting helped shaped the mission of Yanto Sani's movement which is "to change the soundscape of Malay rock music in this region".
