I always thought AKC would be hard pushed to come up with something better than what for me is his greatest work of all time, that being "Ska Blood From A Heart Of Soul" but... he's done it or at least equalled it in my opinion and I shouldn't really be surprised that hardest working and most prolific Ska songwriter of the modern era has indeed come up with an album to top everything he's done before... It wouldn't be fair and in fact it would be somewhat of an injustice to the hard work and talent of the man to compare AKC to any other artist or band past or present as he is quite simply and uniquely Andy Keys Clark, songwriter, singer and musician extraordinaire... so I wont... This album is special, it's 10 tracks & almost 38 minutes of non stop toe tapping, get yer bum off the chair and start dancing like there's no tomorrow Ska musical enjoyment done in the unique style & sound that only AKC can bring us... The lyrics/ subject matter of many of the songs even though they are for the main part about social injustice and basically all that is wrong with the world doesn't detract (in fact they are important to it and make this album what it is) from the fact that musically this a very upbeat and quite fast paced album, that if you can resist the urge to get up and dance to it but you're still sitting there and your toes aint tapping frantically along in time to the beat then I'm sorry to inform you but you must've passed away and no one bothered to tell you... I defy anyone to listen to this album and not find parts of their body be it feet, legs, hands, shoulders, neck n head suddenly developing a life of their own and trying to to dance along to every track of this fantastic musical feast... smile emoticon Quite simply the new album from Andy Keys Clark "The Rude Boy From Another Dimension" is a 10 track non stop musical feast for you ears and a treat for your dancing feet with well crafted lyrics to get your brain thinking probably without you even realising it.
