She's also a gifted singer/songwriter, and a talented actress, which has landed her a leading role in the award winning stage play, "A Change is Gonna Come" as feisty Betty Parker; she also plays the sassy preacher's daughter Ophelia King in "Daughter of the King" and she kept the crowd laughing in her role as elderly Mother Jackson in the award winning play, "The Gift" the Musical. She works as the Assistant Director of Worship at Camino Church at The Way, a multi-cultural church in Concord, NC under the leadership of Pastor Rusty Price.
