After his parents separated, it was more than 11 years before Dairenn would see his father, but two years later, their time together was cut short by the unexpected passing of Michael Anthony Lombard on the morning of April 30, 2008. Inheriting his late father's acoustic guitar, Dairenn used it to write this song in his memory about what it meant to re-unite with him after more than a decade. A celebration about life and family, "The Same as You" is the anthem for all those that strive to champion the cause of their family and its traditions.
